I need to reinstall software on a machine. When I run it, it successfully installs Office, but the 32 bit version. I am running windows 10 x64 and would like the 64 bit version of Office. How does one use an existing license key, and get OfficeSetup. According to this article: Download and install or reinstall Office , Office , or Office microsoft. Then select the link Other options. Choose the language and bit version you want, and then select Install.

If you are not able to see the link Other options , could you please share a screenshot about the page for a better understanding of your situation? Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. I see no “options”, that’s exactly what I’m looking for.

It would be at that point an Office Account would be created in relation to that particular installation.

Considering that you are not using Microsoft Apps for enterprise, to avoid share any incorrect information, we helped you move your post to a related category for a better help. And we have specialized support team in that category. That question is germane in the context of retail Microsoft Office, but as initially indicated this is an MSDN based license.

In that context, yes – the MSDN license was in the same account email address that I’m currently using to activate Office. It should let you choose between 32 bit “x86” or 64 bit “x64”. As you can see from the screen shots I shared, I don’t get there. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Search the community and support articles Install, redeem, activate Microsoft and Office Search Community member. I’ve tried to configure the xml used for ODT, but this hasn’t worked for me.
